im sorry abt what i texted u, i wasnt feeling okay idk why i took my anger out on u, i ddnt mean any of it i hope u can forgive me but what i did when i was trans (bc i had no binders) was topple sports bras on top of eachother, n make sure the straps r tight af, i did maybe like 3 a day but its hard to breathe at 1st

pretty sure theres tutorials online, ive seen one where you use some tight shorts and cut a hole between the leg holes and you wear the shorts upside down like a bra nd put you arms through the leg holes and head thru the hole you cut out. Its jus what i vaguely remember but goodluck!! :3
