Mayor Mozzarella demands TRADE with the Gouda Nation!?

After the cheese raids supplies of cheese have plummeted down in Cheddarville. As a means to fix the shortage Mayor Mozzarella has started to make terms with Gouda Nation's emperor, Emperor Gouda. He claims these terms will be able to stop the shortage while the factories finish their repairs, he has said quote "We will make a deal with the Gouda Nation and if they do not accept we shall go to war." This news has shocked many as both parties have had a strong hatred for each other and many fear a war is approaching.
