Hello everyone,
I’ve been going through user reports, and I wanted to remind you that it makes it very difficult for staff to properly execute a punishment if there is no evidence, or if the user who will have evidence cannot be contacted. For example, if your DMs are closed, even though we have staff privileges, we may not able to contact you to retrieve any proof you may have of issues with a user. If anyone is having user issues and submits a report, just please ensure yourself and/or the affected user has their DMs reachable in some way.
