A little pain won't hurt

Since you guys told me to tell my mother about the blood she didn't believe me and she still gave me gut repairs and she gives them to me 3 a day I don't think that is healthy. I don't have a nearby hospital or nurse and police station. I am in the middle of nowhere with all of my 6 Siblings and mom and dad. I know its a good thing to let my younger ones eat and starving is normal to me too and I don't have a therapist, I get more starved everyday and I might just pass out.
