Like, if youâre tapping and someone asks you to stop just STOP.
Also, when people say itâs ok to vent and then get mad when you do. I usually ask before I do and when people say itâs fine Iâm going to assume that itâs actually fine. I used to vent a LOT (which is annoying so I get it) but when those same people I trusted start using it against me or get mad at me for venting it pmo. -

I understand if someone says, âjust leaveâ to a situation where you literally canât but if itâs a good piece of advice then take it. It also makes me really irritated when people let you vent and then just responds with, âme tooâ or âthat sucksâ instead of actual comfort. I get sending âthat sucksâ and then hugging that person (thatâs good comfort imo) but just saying âthat sucksâ and then saying NOTHING else makes me feel worse
