Is this a glitch or...?

So i just noticed on my profile that it says im a different age from the bday i put in under bdays. Is it supposed to be like this when the date for ur bday is near or is it a glitch?

I think different countrys do dates differently. For example, here in england its DD/MM/YY so maybe it thought your birthday was on a different day?
