Hmm well why not asking as many ppl as possible to talk abt time in UTC,which for us lucky folks in the UK,is identical to GMT.And UTC,being universal should be easy to find converters.For example take EST,which is (i think)5hrs behind.If asking ppl to use UTC doesn't work,you could either memorise some key timezones compared to UTC ,or get an app/spreadsheet to do so for you.

Hmmmm a well known issue I struggled with to.Get chilli pepper transparent nail polish then find a friend to give you points for not doing it.Afterwards receive the reward happily and do it till you forget to.Self-hypnosis is a possible option too but I prefer the first one.
