Requesting Assistance

I wasn't too sure where to put this but ill put it here for now.

Lets cut to the chase. My dog stepped on my old headphones (Thank god) and the tip of the port went into my switch and I can't find a way to get it out. I have been trying for hours with no prevail.

Any tips?

tweezers? just dont take the switch apart

don't use pliers / force is all i can recommend, I recently ruined a headphone jack trying to get a broken tip out.

some guides online say superglue on the tip of a cut cue tip or paperclip, and leave it there for a bit. buuuuut then some people in response said they got too much superglue on it as well.

Maybe try following a youtube video for taking it apart and reverse the steps for putting it together, but i suggest not tampering with anything other than the port beause that might cause further damage

small thing screw(thinner than the port , sscrew it in by hand into the pin just enough for a pulling force to allow it to pull out.
