        For a serious answer, this Iwata Asks interview about the Wii U goes over many reasons for a browser on the console, and the Switch web browser is built by the same company.

        Depending on your situation, the Switch might be one of the main ways to access the Internet, which is a very useful resource in [current year]!

        As for the forums, they're to ask and answer questions about the service (like this thread) or to talk about games/websites/etc with others that use it.
