SWITCH BROWSER HELP!

I have 2 nintendo switches, one is mine, the other is my girlfriend's. But hers is non-jailbreaked and the Browser doesn't play videos. But in my jailbreked switch, it played HTML videos and games, is there any difference in browsers besides jailbreking?
Is there anything that I need to download or install on unjailbreked switch to videos work?my disc -> FX Toy#0386
