idk if this was already discovered but after you put in the dns thing you use youtube instead of the wifi network (edit: when the times up it redirects u to browsedns so its not really bypassing but an alternative if u dont wanna do all that network shit)

To add: After changing DNS in settings, instead of doing a connection test, hit home and open the Youtube app on switch. This will try to connect online and open the browser. Then after 20 min it will close and automatically retry to connect, launching the browser again.
