Socials that work on switch!

I've been using switch as my primary internet access for like 3 weeks now and have made some discoveries! Heres a list of all the social medias that work (that i know of)
Facebook: You can post and comment, but the page reloads often so its also difficult to message people but heres what i do that is slightly reliable
- Login to Facebook
- Navigate to Friends > Friend requests
- Open your desired chat using the messenger icon in the top right corner
- Send your message as fast as possible as soon as the chat appears
Instagram: The worst on this list. You can comment, but can't message people without having them post a recent story
Threads: Appears to work okay, reloads often
Reddit: Works perfectly. Specifically old.reddit.com . You can comment, post and mail people
This info is probably useless to you because everyone except me has other means of internet access
Please let me know if theres others i didn't mention

There used to be a service called Discross that worked reliably to access Discord from the Switch, but it seems like it's no longer working: https://gbatemp.net/threads/discross-access-discord-from-switch.545031/
I reached out to them to see if it's still active or there's a way to get it working again.

but! I want to point out, that any of these websites COULD fix their interface on the Switch if they wanted to! Typically it's just something like the page needs a polyfill because the browser has become out of date, and has lower memory requirements.

@VGMoose I think switch would benifit from socials having a lite version

definitely, it used to be much more common that these "mobile" version of sites would exist. I think old reddit is one of the few that remain.

@VGMoose Just tried it, it looks the same as normal facebook
Something curious, accessing facebook from Posting settings allows you to watch videos

Update: If you access Facebook from the "Social network posting" settings, you can watch Facebook videos and the 20 minutes timer is gone. Sadly because this is an applet, we cant use other sites. But still some good knowledge!
