@Skye_twitch so a year ago something bad happened and today i was so upset that i went off on someone for doing something against there own health

So i had a rough day cause a traumatic event happened one year ago and i got so angry towards someone because they were doing something against there health and i basically told them that i don't care anymore about they do and i told them to stop when there were trying to apoligize. so we both had a panic attack to the point were we couldn't breathe so ummm... i just feel horrible

i would say when you both are more calm you have a talk like explain why you was upset and that you didnt mean go go off like that and asked the other why they was doing whatever they was doing because it might have been bad for their health but maybe its how the cope hen things are gettung to stressful etc if thats the case maybe help yojr friend,find better ways when they are feel over stress etc

@La-kajira i did explain why i was upset, all they were doing was drinking coffee when the meds thay are on have bad side affects when mixed with caffeine

@La-kajira i did explain why i was upset, all they were doing was drinking coffee when the meds thay are on have bad side affects when mixed with caffeine
