my switch has a glitching problem everytime i try to listen to music or watch videos on youtube it glitches out and skips through the song or video and it even glitches when i try talking to friends idk why my nintendo switch is having issues

My switch lite doesn’t let me access YouTube I have to go on my switch OLED to access YouTube

when i first opened my yt app on my switch it seemed fine but when i try to watch a video it completely glitches out and one time i was talking to friends and my switch shut down completely and i had to use yt on my tv to figure out how to get it to turn back on i had to hold the power button down for 20 seconds and then i had to hold the power button down again for another five seconds and it came back on but the glitching problem with my switch is getting worse

update firmware and the app.. maybe and maybe check there is some form of storage space available
