if anyone else here has carpql tunnel, what do y'all do abt it?
cus mine has gotten too bad to really use my hand even if i haven't done anything and i can't rly go to a doctor abt it rn. i've tried heat and ice but it doesn't do too much, it only helps like when it's actively being heated or iced and feels the same after
