What is a warning appeal?
- A warning appeal is the process when we remove a false/unfair warning you have received. A Moderator will have messaged you directly informing you that you have received a warning on your account. If they did not, you likely have got a reminder which is not a warning and is not permanent.
Multiple warnings can often lead to bans which will stick with your account until you eventually delete it or get permanently banned.
All warning appeals are processed by the @Global-Moderators, not the forum administrators. All direct messages regarding warning appeals will be ignored, everything must be sent here.
- Provide your explanation of the incident and why you think it was unfair. If a Global Mod deems your appeal as a "rejected appeal" your thread will be locked and the warning will stay.
What is a mute complaint?
- A mute complaint is when you complain after being unfairly muted by a forum moderator. Make a post and give your side of the incident, any mute complaints sent to DMs will be ignored!!! For quicker support email us at contact@browsedns.net!
How do I make a complaint?
- A complaint can be made for various reasons. Moderator abuse, unfair decisions from the moderator, etc. We encourage users to make complaints that way we can improve the staff team and obviously take out the rotten vegetables.
All complaints must be sent here, not in dms. All complaints sent via dms will be ignored.
They will be processed by the @Global-Moderators, not @Administrators or the @Forum-Co-Administrators . Any complaints about Global Mods will be processed by the forum administration. Global Mods can receive complaints because of unfair bans, warnings, etc.
- Provide a statement regarding the incident and the moderators involved. All complaints will be looked into no matter the circumstances.
Thank you,
