Does your switch have a warranty? Also, try Does your switch have a warranty? Also, try turning/powering off your switch and see if that works. Sometimes it can also be that your joycons arent fully in the slide thing. Check if they are or not. If they arent fully in the slide thingy, make sure they make a click sound. But if that doesnt work, you can always go on google(reddit works on switch) and you can see people wirh the same struggle probably.

look at the connector pins on both the joycons and the switch

take a lil soft paintbrush and brush the connectors anyways
