Someone has put too many gifs because whenever I go in shoutbox it shows me the page for like 30 seconds and then appears with a refresh this page, this happened to me like 15 times. Please add something that stops gifs

This is a problem now, I haven't been able to access shoutbox all day because of the error messages. It appears with the refresh option so I allow it, it reloads but the option appears again and its an endless cycle. If I try clicking no to refreshing the page it refreshes anyway.
