Hello fellow users of BDNS! I have decided to make another Mental Health group/department as IKWTCBS was deleted. I believe that BDNS should always have supportive people on here to basically talk about mental health issues. As myself, I struggle with it too. I think it would be nice to help people with their mental health. You are NEVER alone. If you would like to be a member of the group, request an invite to the group and me or one of the admins will accept it.
Also, It is ALWAYS okay to not be okay. Nobody should EVER struggle alone. I have some admins I picked to help too. I will add you guys to the admin group chat as well. I trust you guys to help anybody that reaches out for help.
Also remember to ALWAYS be kind. You never know the silent battles people are fighting or whats going on in their life.
