How to Enable Chat Permissions

These are currently disabled for all users unless you request permission to be in the group 'chat-perms'
This a new method to control abusive Chatters. It may change here and there but measures have to be put in place to control this.
Apology for the inconvenience this may bring. Please don't be mad with us and understand that some people will try and spoil it for others and that we will do our best to stop those involved.

honestly, its stupid when all ppl gotta do is go to settings, put in users cant dm me if i dont follow them, and then block them. or u could just have it so that admins can see into chats, bcuz a lot of wht goes on to the extent to where u need proof, it happens in the dms.

We're working on some better tools now to report inappropriate chat messages, just because something happens in DMs does not mean harassment of other users is tolerated.
