PURPOSE AND INFO

All users are recommended to read the guidelines before posting any content.

The site serves as a home for users of BrowseDNS, and is also intended to help unite a community around those interested in using open Internet on their Switch, PS5, and other consoles and devices. This audience includes regular web users, web developers, and software/hardware enthusiasts.

Categories are also provided for Homebrew talk and development talk, although you may find other sites such as GBATemp more suitable for these purposes.

In addition to the forum, a chat system is provided which can be accessed in the upper right corner next to your profile avatar.

BROWSEDNS RULES AND REGULATIONS

Some Rules Are Subject To Change Depending On The Category

Age Regulations:

All users must be AT LEAST 13 years of age or older. Anyone who is below that age will be temporarily banned from the website until they meet this requirement.

Lying about your age will result in removal from the website.

Account Regulations:

All profile information that is uploaded to your account, MUST follow all the guidelines posted in this thread. Failure to comply may result in your profile content being removed and/or you being banned from the website.

All users are only permitted to one alternative account.

Asking for reputation is not allowed.

Sharing your account with other users will result in removal from the website.

Inappropriate Content Regulations:

Sending and/or requesting any form of nudity is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

Distributing CSAM or Child Pornography will result in a permanent ban and possibly a referral to your local law enforcement.

Mentioning or Referring to BDSM is prohibited. This includes but not limited to (Sub/Dom/Slave/Top/Bottom).

All content MUST be appropriate for our viewers.

Incest is not allowed. Jokes are included!

Privacy & Safety Regulations:

Doxxing will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the website.

Posting any sensitive information is not allowed.

Posting screenshots from private messages is not allowed.

Posting your social media information in posts and/or the public chats is not allowed. You are only permitted to upload this information to your profile and in private messages.

Asking for meetups will result in a permanent ban.

Posting unfiltered websites is also prohibited.

Do not violate digital copyright laws. Promoting/enabling piracy with the intent to harm or cause damage to others will result in an immediate perma ban and possible referral to your local law enforcement if they violations committed are against laws in your area.

Using VPNs while accessing our website is not allowed.

Offensive Content Regulations:

Mentioning or Speaking about drugs, weapons, or any illegal acts is not allowed.

Mentioning or referring to Suicide is not allowed. This includes but not limited to you posting (kys, kms, shoot yourself)

Impersonation is not allowed.

Mini-Modding (Giving other users warnings or acting like a staff member) is also not allowed.

We have zero tolerance for hate speech, harassment, sexual, racial or ethnic slurs, and discrimination.

Be Respectful to others. At the end of the day, treat others how you would like to be treated.

Disrupting the website (Starting arguments for no reason or being involved in one) is also not allowed.

Controversial Topics are prohibited. (This includes but not limited to talking about rights/politics/or religious talks)

Posting Regulations:

Spamming (sending 6 of the same messages without spacing of comments from other users) is not allowed.

Flooding (sending 6 different messages without comments from other users between them) is not allowed.

Thread derailing is not allowed.

Mass advertising is not allowed. Mass Advertising is when you continuously promote/advertise other websites. Advertising is still allowed!

GIF/Image Flooding is not allowed. Each piece of media should be spaced by 5 messages from other users

Please use this feature with care and caution!

If you believe that someone is in violation of our TOS (Terms of Service) or Regulations, please use the report feature or contact a moderator. In addition to this, if you believe that a moderators actions were unprofessional or excessive, please send a complaint to us in the complaint category. This category is also used for any questions regarding the website you may have.
