it doesn't show up on the switch home screen anymore, just the title shows up, but you can click the title to get to the shoutbox

@oklol123 it starts minified when you change your theme click the spanner will give you the option to unhide it

Also the shoutbox is set in your settings to be hidden by default you can set it there.
