a few things would happen,

first, within 1 second of jumping, gravity would make a harpy eagle rip your balls off, leaving you infertile

secondly, gravity would draw you through the hole towards the center of the earth.

after you land, the length of the hole would determine whether the force of impact leaves you walking out unscathed or not at all.
