In my home, we have a sort of cure-all. It is a tincture of: 2 Lemon/Citron cut into quarters, Enough honey to sweeten strongly until the liquid is slightly thicker than water, A thumb or two of ginger sliced, 1 clove smashed Garlic, and half a thumb Turmeric (or 1/2 teaspoon ground or so). I recommend to drink it as a shot (tastes absoloutely disgusting) It has always worked well for me, so hopefully for you as well (you can half/quarter the amount you make, no difference in the final tincture)
