Why is Luigi scared of everything? because people have fears.Why does he save Mario? he really really cares about his brother, despite the past (See: like every Mario and Luigi game, Luigi's Mansion games)

@FeliciaOwO in later Mario and Luigi games you start to see Mario trust Luigi more (Specifically Dream Team), and also in Dream Team you can see that Luigi really loves his brother more than anything.
