Both seem to be operational at the moment. I suggest that you restart your device, check for updates, or possibly try using another one of our DNS servers (Preferably EU). If it still does not work for you obviously we can have one of the admins help you out.

The union jack represents the UK as a whole, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The England flag is St George's flag

I copied it directly from the BrowseDNS Info thread that has been up for multiple years and there isn't a flag for England so we used the Great Britain one.
