    Good Afternoon,

    Password Reset Requests

    I will be placing some new policies in place regarding password resets in the event that you forget your password and are unable to login.

    Requirements FOR Password Reset Form:

    • Must have the Email connected to the account requested

    If you meet the above qualifications, message one of the @Global-Moderators on a new account or email us at contact@browsedns.net using the email connected to your account and within 48 hours you will be sent a password reset form via email and you will have the opportunity to change it. Please note that we will only send you this email twice and if you do it again, unfortunately, you will have to make a new account.


    Account Security Code Method:

    If you do not have an email, message a Global Moderator whenever you get a chance, that moderator will send you a 16 digit security code that you are expected to keep up with. If you misplace it or leak this security code it is completely your fault. After a security code is used, you will be given a new one. We will only reset your password twice. If you do it again, unfortunately, you will have to make a new account.

    If you manage to get locked out of your account w/ your security code:

    • Message a Global Moderator saying you used the security code method on using a new account. Ideally have an alt account prepared and let us know that it is your alt.
    • Send them the 16 digit security code. Double check for typos!
    • Once the authenticity of the security code is confirmed that Global Mod will have an administrator reach out to you within 48 hours. DO NOT MESSAGE AN ADMINISTRATOR, WE WILL MESSAGE YOU.
