Well, to start with, I am doing quite good, as is typical for a Friday afternoon. It is currently 20 minutes until 10 as I am writing this, and I just finished my second cuppa. Might start the kettle again for a third. Looking forward to relaxing the entire weekend, as always.
isnt chamomile tea the same with both the calming effect or no?
