switch glitch

okay so i was on yt on my other switch, and my internet disconnected so i went to go fix it right, i come back and my switch shut off so i tried to turn it back on and it was a black screen with the sleep mode, power options, and restart. but, i couldn't use my joysticks and my touch screen wouldn't work so i couldn't get off it and it keeps freezing and unfreezing someone help i dont know what to do :<

this is the new switch model btw. i cant press anything except the double home button zoom in thing, but when i do that it freezes it

i usually would just hold the power button until it turns off bc eventually that button will override everything else, you just might have to hold it for a hot moment.

@kaedehara have u tried plugging it in? sometimes that helps me, even my switch is fully charged
