Hello everyone,
Our community is growing, and we are looking for dedicated leaders to help shape its future. We are officially opening the interest form for the position of Global Moderator—the most critical role on our platform.
️ About the Role
Global Moderators aren't just here to enforce rules; they are the guardians of our culture. As a Global Moderator, you will have oversight across the entire site, helping to maintain safety, resolve high-level conflicts, and work directly with the Admin team.
The Process
We want to find the right people without making the process unnecessarily stressful at the start.- Phase 1: Interest Form – A simple check-in to understand your thinking process, experience, and temperament.
- Phase 2: The Trial & Exam – Candidates selected from Phase 1 will move into a trial period. Please be aware that the final exam is designed to be difficult to ensure only the most prepared candidates join the permanent team.
Requirements
To apply, you should meet the following baseline criteria:- Active History: A consistent and positive presence on the forum.
- Clean Record: No major infractions or warnings in recent months.
- Temperament: The ability to remain calm and professional during heated discussions.
- Communication: Willingness to work closely with the rest of the staff team.
Deadline
All interest forms must be submitted by January 27th.Closed!
What happens next?
After January 27th, the team will review all submissions. We aren't looking for "perfect" answers yet; we are looking for honesty, maturity, and a clear vision for the site.
If you are selected to move forward to the trial phase, you will receive a notification via Private Message shortly after the deadline.
