While I love Sailor moon I haven’t finished the series so idk how fast she is, Goku might be way physically faster then her but idk
If sailor moon used the silver crystal before Goku could hit her I think she’d win

In the beginning of the series she’s just like a normal super hero but by the end shes like a multi universal (I forgot if shes multi dimensional or not) goddess and canonically can destroy universes (but so can present Goku)
