How to Edit "About Me" Text in My Profile Again?

Long story short I was on involuntary hiatus for some time and I seem to have either forgotten how to, or lost the ability to, edit the "about me" text in the "My Profile" section.
Am I crazy or did something change?

Yes. A lot of things changed. You need at least 25 rep to edit your bio now. Hope this helped
