Typing Quirks

So I've seen many different users use things like numbers or special characters as letter substitutes for speaking. This isn't problematic, however it could be significantly harder to read for those with reading disabilities. So, if you'd like to type like that, I think it's fair to require translation at the end for those born with issues reading. Ex: 3x@mp13 // Example. I would like opinions on this rule in the comments before implementation

@nightmarewolfie it sounds like a good idea, or atleast a short summary. i had difficulty reading it because of my fast reading, its actually a thing most people cant (refrencing to the posts: if you can read this) plus, some ppl have dyslexia. i ngl like the idea (plz no1 hate on me..)

I wouldn't necessarily make a rule against this specifically, but make a rule that outlines this area as a whole as I am sure there will be a new variation of this in about a year or so.
