    I'm trans and I want to ask parents to go to therapy for hrt but I struggle with personal questions and most icebreakers, it takes mental effort to not dodge the question by saying a bland answer like "nothing" and I think I'm afraid to be judged but idc

            @spider210 im sure this varies but the therapists ive had both carried the conversation. also as for the second part, just let them know when you meet them that you sometimes struggle to be honest about your true feelings. i have pretty severe social anxiety and i Never felt judged when speaking to them, even if i just shared something embarrassing.
