    4. Why do you want to join the Program (6+ Sentences)?
    I would like to join because I love the feeling of being able to contribute and help people. I want to give this a fair shot and show people what I can do. I want to try and improve community morale and show users that staff aren't that different after all. I want to try and support users since Wolfie has gone I know that it's affected nearly everybody. I also know that i'll never come close to him but i'd at least want to make users feel safe, heard and confident expressing their opinions or complaints because there's nothing wrong in doing those, but I know users often times get anxious or worried doing so. I have familiarized myself with the community over the past year now, and I have a good idea of what they want, don't want etc.

    5. What are your Goals within the Team, if hired? (4+ Sentences)
    My goals are to not return BDNS to it's former glory, but make it into something unique and welcoming for all. I like the idea of introducing more frequent 'team building' activities to (hopefully) bring our community closer possibly something for staff too as I know they might not be too familiar with eachother. I want to give users new starts and remain unbiased despite whatever previous situations they've been involved in. Change can happen if we choose not to dwell on mistakes. I'd also like something more efficient for ban appeals as apparently they're not gone through very often.

    6. How do you handle Failure? (5+ Sentences)
    I've had a plethora of failures in my life and there's been times where i've had to sit with myself replaying things over and over in my head. But what i've noticed is if you try to move on and not forget, but learn from those failures you can become a better version of yourself. Failure is actually crucial to success, how else are you supposed to learn otherwise? What often goes hand in hand with failure is often resilience too. It's okay that you failed the first time, how about we try again? You can't ever stop at the first hurdle, right?

    I also want to be transparent in saying that I have had one previous ban before but be rest assured that I have learnt from that and will not repeat any irresponsible actions again.
