Rant bt my mom :/

So i took a bath earlier n a large bug landed on me (i have panic disorder so i freaked out) n bath water got out, i cleaned it up n thought i got all of it but my mom still lashed out at me saying "I should just start hitting you like my dad did! but i cant bc youll call cps" n im so done. i just wanna cry in someones arms, she tried taking my switch away (but its in my safety plan so,shes not allowed to) n i had a breakdown :/
