I haven’t been able to eat

I genuinely haven’t been able to eat since Friday (the incident) and the thought of eating makes me sick. I haven’t had a day where I’ve had all three meals and didn’t want to throw up. I don’t know what to do because my friends are worried about me and I haven’t been performing in school as well but I just can’t eat anything. I don’t know what to do

aside from that, the most I can tell you is drink liquids and tell any adult, try eating even just a bit, like nibbles at a time

But idk, I’m scared to talk to an adult and my parents don’t talk to doctors (I haven’t been in two years and I’m still a minor). I might talk to my band director or something because I genuinely don’t know what to do

Update: I ate lunch and I’m gonna try to have a little bit of dinner, idk if I’ll be able to but I’ll try
