Why tics are Hella anoying

I /gen dislike them so much vro.

Like, when they weren't that bad and only a little one every like 3 days I was like "haha funny" but now its EVERY SINGLE DAY I SWEAR.

like they can be like- full body??? Idk how to explain it.

they are so horrible it makes me feel like a larp ik every1 thinks I fake them.

I just laugh at em / ignore em though

(I fell once bc of them, probably because I have low iron or something (I fall alot randomly))

Timeline
(Torso shakes barely happen now) Torso/hands(hands -> stim? Idfk)-> (everyday :[ ) head -> (happens normally) full body

i dont have a tics disorder but a few times a day i will get those small head tics; its so embarrassing because it sometimes happens while im marching

@seal rot doesn't have the disorder aswell, & dunno why it happens.
Agree with them being anoying though!!
