issues and a speech

theres lots of issues here, but through these issues users are damaged... i know a few whos been banned that i talk to rarely... they are very sad... while seeing the "drama" regarding a user who sees this site most likely as a guest... it pains me to hear their pain....
browsedns is a wonderful community, one ive spent months on because.. it helps- aswell as them.. we have many people here, people many consider friends or even a close friend comparible to family... and so i ask... why do we do this? what benifit is there to drama?
browsedns is for acessibility, we turn something small into a big deal.. but what i see alot is "telephone" the story bein passed down user to user changing slightly each time... when someone has a conflict with another user, thats their conflict. unless someone is harming and targetng browsedns as a whole.. the whole should not act. only the party privatly

to clarify, im not asking to stop or be strict.. i ask you to think before you act.. when you see an issue with someone else, ask yourself. does it affect you? if not, its not tour issue. this is what creates drama... the brewing conflict between two causes outside parties to brew and defend one... when that one person is being targeted by two, it causes unneeded stress and overwhelming emotions.. then when they respond to the defense of the party then someone defends the defense causing a chain reaction... most people causing said drama publically want the satisfaction of a reaction. do not give it to them, as itll only cause more unneeded issues.

targeting the whole, the whole will respond. targeting one, the one should respond. the whole should not respond to the one unless one is saying an issue they had regarding the one causing or an issue regarding a matter with the two.
