I hate AI so much why are we learning how to “properly use” it please kill me 🥹

i mean to be fair to technology, its not like all of artificial intelligence is horrible. it’s a great innovation that has lots of crazy potential; especially with it being efficient. it also operates almost 24/7 unlike a human and calculates stuff in an unbiased way to minimize errors. daily, it could be just a convenient way to have an assistant which is also a good bonus. almost each and every thing in this world have pros and cons.

besides, if you can’t beat AI, join it. better. furthermore, AI has been around longer than ChatGPT or generative AI, just different types of AI. it causes lots of problems, i know, in ALL types of ways but let’s let the potential grow into smth else that we all can actually benefit from

@bellaugh Not all AI is bad, I just meant generative AI. It’s almost impossible to be on the internet without running into AI. And I’m still not gonna join it even if I can’t beat it. Although, it can be a useful tool and is sometimes unbiased, it depends on what data it gets. Agree to disagree though, I’m just not for it.

(I have other reasons but I don’t really want to get into it rn)

(ai's blocked in our schools, i dont like it anyways. its wasteful, and unreliable-)

(from what ik all ai does is take info off the web and summerize it, its unreliable due to your wording. its the same as looking up a question directed to the awnser you think, itll tell you what you want to hear)
