MELANCHOLY: Entry 1 (May 27)

Hi. I'm John. I decided to make these journal entries ever since I saw that thing at the lab. It was... something. So this afternoon, I decided to take a walk since I haven't been outside in a while. As I was almost finished with my walk, a terrifying, soul shaking scream. I went to where I heard it, and there it was. A facility almost like a lab of some sort. I looked inside, and there were all kinds of amalgamations in there. I have a sketch of that demon-like thing.
The amalgamation charged up a large projectile that almost killed me. So I ran as far as I could. Luckily, the scientists haven't put any legs on the creature, and the wings haven't fully developed. So I was safe, for now.
