4. Why do you want to join the Program (6+ Sentences)
I want to join the program of being staff because I want to help the awesome raven!.
I want to be () legacy!.
I want to be someone that you can rely on if there are riots or serious problems!.
/secret reason I never been a staff before and I want a shot at it!.
And my gosh you can be so tired and you wanna take a break I at least want to help you while you’re gone!.
Final, I want to evolve to a more responsible person!.

5. What are your Goals within the Team, if hired? (4+ Sentences)
I would be extremely happy and glad!.
I will lock inappropriate topics!.
If ban permission then I will make sure I ban the right persons if I am bad at I will ask other staff friends for their opinion!.
The fourth reason will be for you if you want to give me the last goal!.

6. How do you handle Failure? (5+ Sentences)
A simple way if you make a mistake is that you can learn from it and if that person or I make a failure then we may ask a wise person for advice!.
I will remove unnecessary failures!.
I will try to fix the failure!.
If I may not handle the failure then I will ask any other staff for help then lastly you!.

A note!
These are the times I would be offline,
1 day busy, 2 days I am on a short holiday, 3 days I am having trouble logging on to BNDS, 7 days it’s really serious!, but do not worry I will mostly be on everyday to find any problems or mistakes!

If I do not get to be staff then I will continue to help in little ways that do not involve staff related problems, anyway at least I took a shot at it!

And indeed truly sorry for applying when I haven’t been here for a month I hope it wouldn’t be much of a big requirement!
