id like to join the staff team because ive seen the state bdns is in and i want to aid in getting it back on its feet. i dont have much prior moderation experience, aside from a discord server ive moderated almost 2 years ago. id love to try and make a difference and learn and grow along the way. i enjoy helping people and i wouldnt mind answering any questions and concerns they have. i have good communication skills and can work with others well. im willing to dedicate myself to helping bdns become a better place.

my main goal would be to provide the moderation browsedns currently lacks. ive seen how the site is being ran and it pains me to see a once positive and safe environment deteriorate like this. id strive to enforce the rules and not let anything be overlooked and will try to take action as soon as possible when a report is submitted. id make sure to get rid of bots that flood this site and bad actors that make the site feel unsafe. i hope to bring back the welcoming space bdns used to be.
- How do you handle Failure? (5+ Sentences)
for me, i see failure as a learning experience rather than something that should be held over my head. when i fail at something, i take responsibility for it. i see where i went wrong and what i couldve done better. failure kinda motivates me to constantly keep improving. i will gladly take feedback and constructive criticism and use it to prevent future mistakes.
