i havent eaten in like 4 days fam..
but you should rlly eat smth!!! even smth small like a piece of bread or a few crackers. at least get some fluids like water so you arent super dehydrated. just something small in your system so you aren't running on nothing

r u allowed to keep snacks in ur room? that combats that issue so you dont have to get up very often to go get food -
