yesterday was the part were supposed to run. i got so much anxiety bc of everyone on the bleachers my legs went out (which ALWAYS happens when im really anxious) and i got out after the 5th one, worst part is to get an A we had to do 15. i was crying bc i got so anxious for no reason bc literally nobody cared. last year i got made fun of because again i got scared. my anxiety alone just puts me in terrible situations like this . today was the day we do curl ups, i did ok. i did 20. i got anxious too but not as bad as when we had to run. tmrw we have to do push ups which hopefully wont be so bad because im pretty good at push ups. i genuinely hope i dont fuck it up

@nelly I fr just hate pe all together like for me I can't wait until next year where its optional but yeah what you went through sucks maybe you can try some techniques for stress relieving when it comes time for stuff like that
