you must first join the rookie group (you dont have to have the badge) and also have join the regular group titled "the xaric brotherhood" then must ask to join rank2 which is lizards and i will invite you to rank 2 then for rank 3 (dragons) you must be rank2 and you must be in regular group and you must ask. i will then give you a link to a form and you must turn it in. i will decide if you can join rank 3.
