Okay so, ive been using the same facewash from a chemist/drugstore for a month and its been working but now all of a sudden its made my skin red and itchy IDK WHAT TO DO i put a lil bit of moisturezer cus i thought maybe my skin was dry and its calmed down a bit and the redness has gone but its still itchy!!!!!! URGHHHGHHH

probably changed the recipe and u r alergic to some of the new ingredients
idrk what to do against the ichiness but it probably goes away after some time, in the mean time u could try some cold water that maybe helps a bit -

It could just be a late reaction to one of the items used in the product or maybe your hormones have changed and it's having a negative effect against the product now.... I'm not 100% but you could try doing research on what's in it and you should take leslie's advice about going to see a dermatologist maybe they can recommend another product to use instead

redness and itchy is skin irritation also caused by dermatitis if you been using same cleanser for a month that was provide by chemist it caused skin irritation you need to tell them the product caused you have allergic reaction and see if they would recommended another product for your face

@Asterii_isntfine had the same problem with a cleanser i was using for over 3 years that i bought from a drug store i wasn't allergic to it but it did cause redness and itchiness around my nose area but i did find out was dry skin because i think was putting to much on
