why isnt this site sending password resets

i cannot login to @BeanMKW because i cant reset and now its saying the account is locked :steamangry:

make sure that you are putting in the right email in browser dns does send password rests if your are putting the wrong email in it's not going to send

@taytayy i had a saved password in opera gx in my pc so we are good :)

Edit: after double checking yes i did have the wrong email, i had changed it to something else
