I'm actually really friendly, I am not the nicest only if I am given a reason to take out my strict/asshole card I will.
Good Moderation/Administration tactics CONSISTS of giving that solid and strict foundation, that is just what i've always done.
To put it simpler, just don't bullshit with me and I won't bullshit with you, if this has not been discovered by historians yet.
