for the first time in my life i feel confidenti feel like im in control of my own life i finally feel like i can be myself and i wont change who i am for anything and i want to say thank u to everyone who supported me and everyone that supported me on here changed my life and im so happy to have friends and my amazing bf jared who care about me i thought i was never going to get rid of my depression or the voices in my head but i did thank u so much for supporting me and being there for me i really appreciate it yall are like family to my and i support everyone on here if u ever need anything feel free to dm anytime .

keep doing you don't let this depression or those voices in your head control your life you are strong and confidence but always keep thinking about the postive side of life . don't forget you are an amazing person no matter what.
